The structural failure: Traditional employment (one barista = one café) doesn't match Gen Z work preferences or economic reality.

Why We Pivoted

WANTED FOR MORE started as a traditional talent-matching platform. We connected baristas with cafés for permanent positions. Fair wages. Pre-vetted talent. Quality control.

But we heard the same pain points over and over:
