How does payment work?
You pay the barista's hourly wage + 10% WFM fee. Baristas receive 100% of their base wage. Simple, transparent pricing.
What if the barista doesn't show up?
Replacement guarantee: we'll send a backup barista within 2 hours (pilot SLA). Your shift gets covered.
Can I hire a barista full-time?
Yes! We support conversions. A conversion fee applies (discussed during onboarding). We want great matches.
What's the non-circumvention policy?
To protect the ecosystem, direct hiring outside WFM during active engagement has a conversion fee. Details in Terms.
