For Baristas
Onboarding & Application
Apply via the Barista Beta form. Share your experience, Instagram, or work samples.
Verification & Tiering
We verify your skills through proof-of-work (video, photos) or a trial shift. You're then tiered as Rising, Skilled, or Featured based on experience.
Join the Pool
Once verified, you're in the WFM talent pool. Set your availability and preferred shifts.
Receive Shift Offers
Get matched to café shifts based on your tier, location, and availability via WhatsApp.
QR Check-In & Work
Arrive at the café, scan the QR code to check in, do great work, and scan out at the end.
Get Paid & Rated
Receive your payout (pilot includes instant pay options). Café rates your performance, building your reputation.

Join Waitlist & Onboard
Apply via the Café Early Access form. We'll schedule an intro call to understand your needs.
Profile Setup
We create your café profile: location, peak hours, shift requirements, and wage transparency level.
Request Shifts
Submit shift requests via WhatsApp or portal (coming soon). Tell us when you need help and what tier.
Matching & Confirmation
We match you with available baristas. Review their profiles and confirm the booking.
QR Check-In
Barista arrives, scans your café's QR code to check in and out. Simple time tracking.
Payment & Rating
You're invoiced for hours worked + WFM fee (15%). Rate the barista to help us maintain quality.
The Replacement Guarantee
We know reliability is everything. That's why we offer a pilot replacement guarantee.
What's Covered?
If a confirmed barista can't make their shift (emergency, illness, no-show), we step in.
SLA: 2 Hours
We'll send a replacement barista within 2 hours of notification (pilot SLA—expanding as we scale).
How It Works
Contact us immediately via WhatsApp. We activate the backup pool and dispatch the nearest available barista.
Note: This is a pilot feature. As we grow, we'll improve coverage hours and response times.

Rate: RM 15-18/hr

1-3 years experience
Competent baristas with solid proof-of-work and café ratings. Reliable for most shifts.
Rate: RM 18-22/hr
Featured
3+ years experience
Top-tier talent with strong portfolios, event performances, and excellent ratings. Peak hour specialists.
Rate: RM 22-25/hr
Signature
Elite performers
Coffee Party stars, competition winners, industry experts. For premium events and flagship venues.
Rate: RM 25-28/hr
Rates are indicative and vary by location, shift timing, and café agreement.

Café Owner Program
Unlock at: 2,000 hours
We provide funding to start your own café. You get 10% WFM equity. Turn your barista experience into ownership.
Consultant Track
Unlock at: 1,000 hours + Featured tier
Train new baristas, audit café operations, design beverage menus.
Roastery Operations
Unlock at: 1,200 hours + Coffee knowledge certification
Work with specialty roasters on production, quality control, and roasting operations. Full-time positions available.
Hotel/Corporate F&B
Unlock at: 1,500 hours + Management skills
Manage hotel cafés, corporate F&B operations, or multi-outlet concepts. WFM partners place you with premium employers.
Top 10% Profit Sharing
Elite performers (Signature tier + high ratings) share 10% of WFM's annual profits.
This passive income is on top of your hourly wages and career track earnings.
Lock-in: You must remain active on WFM to receive profit-sharing. Stop working = forfeit shares.
